My recent
list of potential non-technology solutions that Microsoft could implement to help solve some of Microsoft software user's security problems garnered a number reponses positive and negative that prompted me to
examine and document some of what I have learned in my involvement with "Creative Problem Solving". I hinted at with in the article some of the bases I use for solving problems like clearly stating the problem to be solved and diverging on solutions without judging them.
