Now that my Mac laptop is working, and I've gotten around to running the blog software, I'll get back to doing updates. Let's see, today was getting the GPS all set up with maps, its new car antenna, and the like. With some trips on the horizon, this will be handy when we're visiting places like Charlotte, Oak Ridge, or Dallas.

I also completed assembling a shelving unit and more of the Grizzly G1010 metal cutting bandsaw. That was a beast to get up onto its stand. The workshop is really coming together with a bench assembled, stool, lathe set on the bench, band saw nearly done, and some other misc pieces. Need to work on getting pictures set up from the web page.

Also worked on getting all the passport paperwork completed for some real travelling. Leading contenders are England, Japan and Italy.

Took care of some errands today, but still a lot left to do. Sure seems like as some get done, others just flood into their place.
