Dallas and back... Just back from Dallas and a rare Friday off to do a little shopping at the Galleria and a couple of days of kicking around Dallas.  The Doubletree Lincoln Plaza is one of our favorite weekend getaways.  It's great getting a little r&r for a weekend.  We found a great gelato shop just two blocks east of Hwy 75 and Knox.  Turn east on Knox and you'll see it just up on the right.  It has only been open about 2 weeks and is a great find!  8:11:44 PM
