PhillipsOnline.com client's mail servers are configured to custom block spam now...very cool.

Declude software has been configured on our MaximumAsp servers to enable our clients to block spam at the mail header level without downloading first.  This means that our clients are able to set protocols on the server to block spam before it reaches their machine.  We've been able to block almost 100% of spam but found it necessary to allow some through since a few of our good e-mail had some suspicious headers. All in all, it's very satifiying to open our e-mail clients and only get 2 or 3 messages at a time.  Normally, I use to get around 140 to 150 e-mails each morning upon checking mail.  Because of this I had to resort to using our web based interface rather than downloading the mail.  I had to select the e-mail I wanted to receive and delete all the spam before downloading!  Now, I just open my e-mail and am content to receive only about 10 to 15 messages in the morning.  All but a few are welcome.  If you haven't configured your e-mail yet, please comment or e-mail us for more info.
