Homeland Security scrambles Oklahoma Air National Guard F-16's to intercept hijacked skydiver::: An Oklahoma skydiver hijacked by an unknown terror suspect is brought down by sidewinder missles from an F-16 out of Tulsa's Oklahoma Air National Guard.  The skydiver is reported to be Brian Phillips, a minister with Tulsa's Young Life.  Witnesses on the ground said they saw the fighter come up from the south, bank hard and fire two AIM-9 Sidewinder Air to Air missles.
