New Site in CSS only...I'm wrapping up the new website for the Builders Dream Tour at WaterStone : www.buildersdreamtour.com and it has been a fun site to build. It was built with CSS only with one exception; I just found it too easy to drop a table into the site when adding a form. Cheating is cool when you have no time left in the budget. The point of the site from a marketing prospective, is to inform prospective home buyers about a tour of the new homes to be built in WaterStone, located in Tulsa, OK. The tour will benefit the Jenks School Foundation and the Make a Wish Foundation of Oklahoma. All proceeds from the tour will be equally divided between these beneficiaries. The event is in its first year but promises to be a annual event. Without using tables in the HTML it was possible to create a very smooth loading site having a clean look with precision placement. The external style sheet enables me to edit once effecting changes to all pages. When planned well, it is preferrable to templates imho. 10:25:06 PM |
