Industrial Relations Overview of the U.S. [by Stuart Basefsky] http://www.ilr.cornell.edu/library/subjectGuides/IndustrialRelationsOverview
This guide is intended to provide key links for a quick overview of issues, data, and developments in U.S. industrial relations. The resources listed are chosen because they are primarily free and authoritative. The listing of sources is not comprehensive. It is simply a good place to start. [Updates and new links will be added over time].
It was produced in collaboration with the European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions <http://www.eurofound.eu.int/> to assist researchers doing comparative and international studies. It was first presented at a Conference on "Industrial Relations in the EU, USA, and Japan" held at the European Foundation's headquarters in Dublin, Ireland on November 6-7, 2003.
