Chi Running
I ran across an interesting book and website, Chi Running. An approach to running and jogging that incorporates many of the concepts used in the Feldenkrais Method. Moving from the center, sensing the body in movement, redistributing the effort of the running motion, going slowly when learning, etc. The guy behind Chi Running is Danny Dreyer, a 50-something ultra-marathoner and serious student of Tai Chi. There's a book, a DVD and an audio CD. Worth checking out.
