Wages don't figure in Capepillar rebound. UN: Almost half of South Africans under poverty line. Almost 21,9-million South Africans live below the national poverty line of R354 a month, the United Nations said on Wednesday. Services Growth Hits Record, Jobs Gain (Reuters). Reuters - A key reading of the giant U.S. services sector showed a surprising rise in April, hitting a new record and offering more evidence of economic revitalization.
