I kicked a car this morning. I was crossing a street, and this car started driving through the intersection. I totally had the right of way, so I kicked it as it went by. My kick was followed by the double finger to the rear view mirror. I was pissed.

That is probably not a good idea. But even after I did it, I was hoping the person would get out. It was below zero, and I had a balaclava on. I was going to throw the guy in the snow bank and take his shoes.

When it's below zero, drivers don't want to get out of the car. Especially not to mess with a large angry pedestrian, dressed for the weather.
