Today is the first day of the Twin Cities Bus Drivers Strike (Amalgamated Transit Union 1005).  I take the bus almost everyday, so it will be an adjustment.

I bike to work pretty often in the summer, but the winter is all about the bus, I'm just not that hardcore a biker. I went to REI the other day and picked up some neoprene booties to wear over my bike shoes. When it's wet out, my feet get soaked, and there is still plenty of snow melt that my feet would definitely get wet. I'm at home today, so tomorrow we'll see how they work.
