Blue eggs and spine for $26.00. My friend Zack's wife, Kate, said they should be called Hard Cooked eggs, not hard boiled eggs, because you shouldn't actually boil them. Joy of cooking backs her up on this. As for the spine, I haven't really been that into eating the nervous system of cows lately.
