I upgraded my wife's iBook last night to Panther. How easy was it? I literally did it in my sleep. Her machine has a broken cd-rom drive, instead of popping open, it clicks, and you have to get a fingernail under there to open it. So I just started the install process and went to sleep. Everytime I needed to put a new disk in, I woke up from the clicking sound.
