Two new apostles already announced by President Hinckley! One was Elder Bednar. The other name was difficult (in other words, I can't remember).

General Conference is about to start this morning. We are listening to the first Saturday session at home. I have my iMac (year 2000 era that looks like a TV in a white translucent case) in our living room plugged into the speaker system we use for our DVD player. We are connected to the church's 16k stream at http://lds.org over our 56k usb dial-up modem. The stream is pretty reliable so far. We have been connecting this way now since 2000 when we got the computer. They used to offer video streams of the conference, but in order to give more people the opportunity to listen they now only offer audio streams.
