I noticed an announcement today on the lds.org homepage that the new missionary guide has been made available online:

I had a chance to look at the guide when I went on exchanges with our Elders a while ago and was impressed with the practical approach to the training, although I was sentimental when they said they no longer would be using the standard flipcharts we used to carry.
