Almost all of the snow melted today. It was unseasonably warm and sunny which was a nice relief from the cloudy cold. At church we began studying the teachings of David O. McKay. I am excited about this because I remember hearing many good things about him from people in my parents' generation while growing up. I remember being a teenager visiting a family and hearing the adults talk about what a wonderful leader he had been. The fact that his parents were from Scotland, which I learned today, makes him more interesting since I have ancestors from there.
