The Investor's Intelligence numbers came out today with a heighted number of bulls once again.  While it has been extreme for quite some time, the latest week showed the greatest bull ratio since June.  This week's bull ratio of 77.4 has not been matched since 1987 other than the weeks of June 6th and June 13th of last year, after which time of course the market had great difficulty sustaining much upside.  9:04:17 AM
