Speaking of TICKs, I show the combined NYSE and Naz TICK hit -2400.  This is truly extreme.  The other instances in the past four years occurred on 7/23/02, 9/19/01, 3/21/01, 5/24/00 and 4/14/00.  Look at those on a chart, and you get the feeling we may be seeing something of a panic low. 10:41:35 AM

At around 10:15, I show the NYSE TICK hit -1407.  While this varies greatly among quote vendors, this is still the largest negative TICK since 1/13/99... 10:35:54 AM
