State of the Union word frequency
Of course, as soon as I posted the word-frequency text for Bush's State of the Union, I started wondering who else had done the same. No Google hits so far for this year's text, but there are for previous years. If you want to compare:

Just for fun: Check out "word-frequency State of the Union": The president's speech, its 5,200 words presented first in order of frequency and second in order of appearance in the address. An attempt to expose the literary merit hidden in what was disguised as just another "we're winning, we're winning, we're winning" spiel.
