We all need a hero

It is not often that something leaves me absolutely non-plussed, but I have just seen a book that has had that effect on me. I don't know what to make of the central character - is he a hero, or is he -well, is he? Judge for yourselves. The book is called The Radioactive Boy Scout: The true story of a boy and his backyard nuclear reactor. You can read about it here .
