Rural electrification a genuine project: Midzi. The rural electrification programme is not a political gimmick but a genuine project aimed at stimulating rural development, the Minister of Energy and Power Development, Cde Amos Midzi, has said.

be aspirational?. I was reading a thing on the bbc which said that people tend to choose names which refelct their aspirations. So in the old days it was names like Ruby and Sapphire nowadays its brand names like Chanel, Armani etc.

Apparently there are even two little boys, one in Michigan and one in Texas, called ESPN after the sports channel.
