Distributed Programming using .NET Remoting

This session will introduce the concepts and capabilities of .Net remoting and web services (a type of remoting).  With .NET Remoting, Microsoft has vastly improved and simplified the process of building fast and scalable distributed systems.  Microsoft started over and completely re-defined how applications communicate remotely.  We will learn how to configure .NET remoting, when to use it, and what to watch out for when designing objects for remote use.
