Looks like the role of CBO is a pace setter who creates a buzz about the company products and enlists others to blog the cause. Yes! More ammo for my theme that libraries need to treat blogs like newsletters and devote the same types of resources (time, training, graphic design, staff, etc.) to them. Blogs humanize, and library web sites desperately need some humanizing. I really do have to find my notes and write up last month's conference talk.
