I've just posted a bunch of Martian Rugs for The Sims, that you can download by clicking on the preview picture, and place on the floor in your Sims house! You can pop up the pie menu and select "Describe" to read about the pictures in the game.
I created these Martian Rugs by dragging and dropping images and text from NASA's web site into The Sims RugOMatic, which is an easy-to-use add-on for The Sims Transmogrifier.
Then I dragged and dropped the new Sims object files into MySims tool for Radio Userland, which automatically made previews and html descriptions, and published the objects on my blog!
I'm trying to make it really easy to create and publish objects for The Sims. This is just the first step that I'm testing out now, and I'll make the tools and services available as soon as they're production quality. Please contact me if you're interested in beta testing early versions, and good at writing descriptive bug reports.
