Why I Don't Care Anymore About NN4
I've been promising myself for some time to put up a page for Netscape 4 browsers that says: "You have to be higher than this to get on this site." A riff on amusement park rides. But TheCounter.com reports that NN4 accounts for about 400k of 93m hits (and counting), so I think I'll ignore NN4 instead. According to MezzoBlue, TheCounter is "not to be used as a final word, but as good an indication as you’ll find of the global climate, their stats are aggregated from a widely distributed hit counter script, and presumably sample a broad cross-section of the population." Of course, I'd feel differently if this were a public forum.

Kites on Ice
We went to Madison, Wisconsin, for their 6th annual Kites on Ice festival and had far more fun than we figured we'd have. 45,000 people attended the event, held largely on Lake Mendota. Selections from our first (digital) batch of photos are here, but we also took three rolls of film-film, yet to be developed.
