Bye bye, Beer Muscles; Hello, Abs of Steel Started jogging again today. It is such a beautiful day, there was no way I could spend it inside on the computer. It's approximately 75 F, sunny and a bit breezy today in Chicago. I wanted to make it to Lake Michigan, take a quick look around, and then return back home. I ran about 2.25 miles (a third of that was walking due to being winded). I'll work my way up to about 4 miles before I tackle the stairs at the monument near North Ave. This afternoon I'll do some lifting too. Time for a shower. 10:53:06 AM    comment []
