San Francisco Same Sex Marriages:  Newly elected San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom has instructed the City to issue marriage licenses to same sex couples.  In the wake of the decision, there has been a wave of same sex couples exchanging vows over the President's Day weekend.  On Tuesday, February 17th, the first court hearing will be conducted challenging the Mayor's edict.  Take a look at the Southern California Law Blog for an extensive review of the developments.
