Loan applications as evidence of income for child support.  In a child support case the court found that the father had interfered with the trial court's duty to seek the truth.  Given father's obstrepurous conduct, the trial court determined his income to be $40,000 per month, and imposed a discovery issue sanction prohibiting the father from introducing any evidence to the contrary.  Father was then ordered to pay child support.  The $40,000 income finding was based on a real estate loan application that father had completed, and on which he listed his income as $40,000 per month.  The trial court's issue sanction was upheld. Read the entire opinion.
