Congress Moves to Criminalize P2P. Two senators introduce legislation that would impose jail time for sharing as little as one file, while the House may consider another that would lower the bar to take people to court. Student Organization Meeting

The next Political Theory Society meeting is going to be held April 1, 2004 at 6pm in the conference room upstairs at the Grad House. The topic of discussion is "Terror and the Police State of the 21st century." We are going to examine the roll terror plays in our everyday lives in North America (and the world over), terrorism in general, and how things have changed in Western Democracies in the past 3 years.
