Cancer Control Month – April
April is Cancer Control Month and an excerpt from that article reads, “ The number of new cases of cancer in the United States is increasing each year. People of all ages get cancer, but nearly all types are more common in middle-aged and elderly people than in young people. Skin cancer is the most common type of cancer for both men and women. The next most common type among men is prostate cancer; among women, it is breast cancer. Lung cancer, however, is the leading cause of death from cancer for both men and women in the United States. Brain cancer and leukemia are the most common.”
Despite spending billions of dollars every year on cancer research, “The number of new cases of cancer in the United States is increasing each year.” Doesn’t it seem strange that all that money and all the very bright people involved in cancer research cannot find what Holistic Medicine keeps repeating over and over? Check out the links to web sites found on this site for the answer, which is, cancer is the result of an immune system that is not working properly. That immune system needs proper nutrition.
Sadly, there is too much money involved in the conventional treatment of cancer. A simple answer like proper nutrition would put too many people out of very well paying jobs. So the vicious cycle continues. We are told, “A cure is just around the corner.” That corner will require a long time to be turned as long as conventional cancer treatment costs more that a large house. Hellooooooo… is anybody out there listening?
