Happy Birthday to Me
Today I am officially a senior citizen, having been somewhere on planet Earth during the past 65 trips around the sun. Just thinking about it makes me tired so, as a gift to myself, I am taking it easy for the rest of the day.
For anyone else sharing a birthday, Happy Birthday to you. My wish for you is that you have a great partner to share today and every other day. I have one who makes every day seem like a birthday. Her name is Theresa.
In twenty years, at age 85 years, I will be entitled to free membership at my golf club. Some day I want to overhear a comment like this, "That old guy is out here every day and he hasn't paid golf dues for the past 10 years." :-)
