The Liver Flush

One of the functions of the liver is to produce bile, which is released whenever fat is eaten. The fat is released from the gall bladder which  is the storage area for bile.

Any blockage in the ducts of the liver or gall bladder will mean there is not enough bile released to digest the fat that is consumed with meals. Indigestion results and that could produce a number of symptoms including gas and burping, abdominal discomfort, and/or fatigue.

A liver flush is done to relieve those blockages and also to facilitate the release of toxins from the liver. The liver flush information that I found most useful will be found here at the Liver Flush. There is a lot of detail on that page so I will describe the process very briefly.

 2:00 - No eating after 2:00 P.M.

6:00 - Drink a mix of Epsom Salt and water or grapefruit juice – ¾ cup

8:00 - Another drink of the mixture – ¾ cup

10:00 - Drink a mix of ½ cup olive oil and ½ cup grapefruit juice

Lie down on your back immediately for 20 minutes without moving, then go to sleep.

After 6:00 the following morning drink (3/4 cup) Epsom Salt and grapefruit mix.

Two hours later drink another ¾ cup. Wait 2 more hours before eating.

All that will produce sensational results. I had an incredible feeling of cleansing, relief, and well-being. I will repeat the process in two weeks so that any material that moved from deep in the liver to the outer part will be flushed.
