Leukemia and Lymphatic Drainage
I visited a naturopath two days ago so that I could get an assessment, from a natural healer, on the state of my health.
She informed me that I had some slight swelling of the lymph nodes in
my neck. There is a need to improve my lymphatic drainage. She made
some recommendations that are designed to stimulate and improve the
circulation of my lymphatic system. I have listed those recommendations
below.
She also informed me that I need more detoxification. I seems that there are two phases to liver detoxification, appropriately named phase 1 and phase 11. I am ready for phase 11. A
healthy liver uses two mechanisms, called Phase I and Phase II
detoxification, to remove toxins. In Phase I, your body's enzymes
activate toxic substances to make them more accessible to Phase II. In
Phase II, other enzymes convert toxins to more water-soluble forms,
which your body eliminates through urine or stool.
Here is the suggested regime for the next 3 weeks:
Juice fast - 3 more weeks
Exercise - 20 minutes each day
Water - at least 6 glasses each day
Skin brushing - each day
Eissac - 2 ounces mixed with equal hot water ... twice each day
N-Acetyl Cysteine - 500 mg capsule ... twice each day
Lymphdiaral - 10 drops ... three times each day
I decided to also include one serving of the Dr. Budwig diet.
The good news is that the exercise and additional weight loss should serve me well when golf season starts in May.
