The recovery seems to have gone well. This morning, I'm off to Solomons, Maryland, for West Marine Trawler Fest with my 94-year-old father, to see boats and say hello to friends. I'll be on my feet a lot which will be a good way to wear in those new orthotics.

Here's hoping I don't pig out too much on crab and ribs.
