EASY WALK 20 MINUTES

Still not running. Sore throat passed but still having muscle spasms in left butt. Wearing my running shoes most of day to get used to the orthotics. Might try a brief walk/run tomorrow so I don't go two full weeks without.

Really want to get started on the next 14-week training program according to Bingham, this time using the run-3/walk-2 model.
