RUN/WALK -- 35 MINUTES, WEIGHT -- 239 UGH!

That was the first workout at run 3 minutes, walk 2, in foggy conditions on the spit separating Frenchman's Bay from Lake Ontario.

The workout didn't feel too bad, but I did have a crappy kind of day. With the weight up, it sure does feel like the blood pressure is up, too. Got to get serious about losing the weight.

At age 62, it's simply amazing how easy it is to add a few pounds, yet so difficult to shed them.
