RUN/WALK -- 41 MINS 28 SECS FOR 3 MILES, WEIGHT - 235 Worked out on quarter-mile cinder track at Pickering High so distance would be accurate. Easy pace turned out to be 13 mins 50 secs per mile. This is with run 3/walk 2 intervals. That pace happens to be what I did at the Toronto Waterfront Half--when was still using walk 3/run 2. So, progress is being made. |
