RUN/WALK -- 4.25 MILES, WEIGHT -- 236

Ever nice at dusk, running on the track, with no worries whatsoever regarding traffic. My training pace seems to range from 13:25 to 13:50 per mile using the run 3 mins/walk 2 mins method, and it comes with no special effort.

Just wish I could drop a few pounds.
