On the treadmill tonight again, and feeling sad. I got word this afternoon that my 83-year-old mother's move to a nursing home will happpen Tuesday, She has talked about moving to a home for years, especially since was diagnosed with Alzheimer's, but now that it will actually take place, that's tough to take, She herself, my 94-year-old father, and everyone in the family believe it's the right thing and the best thing for her. Still . . .

When I think of my mother and father having supper together on Monday night, for the last time in their own home, tears come.
