RUN/WALK -- 35 MINUTES TREADMILL, WEIGHT -- 238

Now that I roughed out a training program for the next three months, to take me to the next goal of 30K, I cannot wait until May. (See first link under Moi at right.) Had to hold myself back on the treadmill today.

But what to do about the weight that won't drop? For starters, stay away from wine and sweets, at least during the work week.
