RUN/WALK -- 20 MINUTES TREADMILL, WEIGHT -- 239!!!
A bit rushed today with a family obligation, so I went short.
No big deal, as the workday workouts don't do much anyway. It's the long run on the weekend that is crucial for long-distance running. I think I've only missed two of those in the last year. If I can manage only one run per week, it is the long one.
