GYM -- 25 MINUTES, WEIGHT -- 238
Thursday is the one day a week my Bingham training program calls for cross-training--which can be just about any activity as long as it's not walking or running.
In the small gym downstairs, there is a universal machine which is where I spend most of my alloted time. I round out the session with 5 to 10 minutes on a bike.
Conveniently, the gym is right next door to the laundry room in our condominium building.
