RUN/WALK -- 37 MINUTES, SPLIT 18/19, WATERFRONT, WEIGHT -- 238

Nice to get outside again.

For the record, my run/walk split these days is run 3 minutes, walk 2 minutes. In the coming weeks, I'll be halving the walking segment as I progress on the run/walk marathon training program outlined by John Bingham in Marathoning for Mortals. If all goes according to plan, in 15 weeks I should be able to run 18M/30K at run 4/walk 1.
