WALK -- 35 MINUTES, WATERFRONT, WEIGHT -- 237 After adjustment, stretches and electro-stimulation by Dr. Michael Musceo at Pickering Chiropractic Centre, my walk went fairly well. Now, more stretching and then some ice during Lost and Alias. My pedorthist, retired runner David Wickware of The Gait Works, says I should be wearing my orthotics whenever I'm weight-bearing--which pretty well covers most of my waking day. |
