WALK/RUN -- 4.03 MILES, 19:40 PACE, WATERFRONT, WEIGHT - 237 Well . . . we'll see in the next 24 to 72 hours whether that was a good idea or not. I definitely have a hamstring problem and ended up walking the last mile home. I tried run 1 minute, walk 2, and then run 2, walk 3, hoping that a light jog mixed with walking would somehow loosen things in the left leg, but to no avail. The hamstring was pulling into the calf and then up, below the buttock, and, if anything, graduating from tight to sore, so I walked the last mile. |
