WALK -- 20 MINUTES, BIKE - 20 MINS, WEIGHTS -- 20 MINS, WEIGHT -- 236
I was supposed to be out on the road for 90 minutes today so I figured I better go at least an hour down in the gym. Walked slowly on the treadmill, pedalled gently on the stationary bicycle, and pushed weights on the universal machine.
The hamstring does feel better than it did last Sunday but it still has that seized feeling. This week, I hope to get to a physiotherapist who runs.
