WALK -- 35 MINUTES, WEIGHT -- 237

The physiotherapist I went to this morning said it is OK to walk or bike but not to run. I can walk and bike the length of time that I was to run-walk, so, hopefully, I will not lose too much in terms of fitness during the recovery period.

Of course, I did not dare ask when I might run again--in case I didn't like the answer. That's my response to Susan's comment below.
