WALK TREADMILL -- 20 MINUTES, BIKE -- 20 MINUTES, WEIGHT -- 235

The left hamstring and quad feel as if they have suffered a relapse, but decided that I had to keep moving; thus, the workout in the gym, followed by the hot-water bottle and much stretching.

At the rate my recovery is proceeding, not, I'll probably have to scrub my plans for the 30K in May. I should be running 8M on Sunday but I'll likely only walk 4M.
