BIKE -- 20 MINUTES, WEIGHT -- 235

Saturday is almost always my day of rest but today I figured I should keep the legs moving without bearing weight. Certainly, not feeling much better than I did a week ago, and looking for some way to make headway.

I'll see how I feel later and especially tomorrow. It might be time to stop all exercise involving the hamstrings and quads.
