REST DAY

I was going to head to the gym for a half-hour but a touch of soreness in the throat caused me to make this a rest day.

The good news is the leg is definitely feeling better, and I will be walking on the days that normally would be run/walk workouts this week. I'll walk 20 to 45 minutes this week and then see what's possible next week. I should probably get back to walking 30 to 60 minutes before I try jogging.
